2. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Eurocard and Delta via SecureTrading and, in addition, American Express through PayPal. We also accept PayPal and cheques. Paying by cheque will result in a delay while the cheque clears and another delay if a refund becomes necessary and a cheque has to be raised at this end.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
3. Coupon Terms and Conditions
If you have received a Coupon with a coupon code from SafariGear Limited and use it to obtain a discount online, the following standard Terms and Conditions for Use of Coupons apply:
- Under no circumstances will Coupons be redeemable after an order is confirmed and submitted online. SafariGear Limited is not liable for coupons that are lost or stolen.
- A Coupon promotion is not combinable nor available in conjunction with any online cash or coupon redemption promotions that occur during the Coupon offer period, unless otherwise stated.
- Limit of one Coupon per order.
- A Coupon is valid until the date set out in the Specific Coupon Terms and Conditions. Expiration dates on a coupon are not negotiable.
- A Coupon cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash or payment of accounts.
- A Coupon can only be redeemed for purchases made online at SafariGear.biz
- SafariGear Limited reserves the right to cancel Coupon promotions at any time.

4. Shipping And Handling
When offered, shipping is free to all UK mainland addresses when an order is placed above the amount specified in the offer. SafariGear reserve the right to amend, remove or retract this offer at any time without notice.
5. Delivery Schedule
We dispatch most orders within 1 or 2 working days after payment has cleared and they should be delivered within 3 - 5 working days, depending on your location. This may be slightly longer during holiday periods and other busy times such as Christmas. Distance selling regulations require us to inform you that you should allow 28 days for your order to arrive, but we usually deliver items within a few working days. Please use the delivery comments field to record specific requirements.
Items not currently in stock, unless otherwise specified, will normally be sent within 21 days. International orders are generally received in less than 28 days. We use first class recorded delivery and couriers which, in the majority of cases, is next working day.
6. Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%
8. Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. SafariGear Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

12. Returns Policy
By ordering online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party (e.g. where you purchase for someone else) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.
In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by emailing us at enquiries@SafariGear.biz up until the point of its despatch to you or a third party.
Own Purchase
After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused and returned in good order in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
Gift Purchase
After you have received your gift, you can return any item to us for a refund in credit vouchers or an exchange, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your gift.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
- where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred;
- where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred;
- where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
SafariGear.biz will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
